Product Photography

Studio photography at home:

When you don't have an actual studio photography at home so you need to improvise 😉

For the next ones I used my small laptop and a mirror to get the photos below, the last ones are     taken with the screen turned off.

Research advertisement and the work of commercial photographers.

    Product Photography

   By JOSHUA BUHRMANN

I chose this photo because I like the how the photographers captures the little droplets on the coke and the ice cubes           melting around it. This makes the image look very cooling and refreshing. I also like the reflaction that is captured of the ice cubes and the can of coke.

Black Hands by DAVID CANTWELL

I like how our focus is brought to the necklace straight away as we look at the image. I like the use of gold, silver and black in this image, the little bit of gold in the middle makes the necklace stand out.

Cocktails by DAVID CANTWELL

There is a lot happening in this image yet the photographers keeps our attention on the four cocktail drinks. I really like the deep and vibrant colours of them as it makes them very eye-catching and creates a lively atmosphere. The black bar makes the place look fancy and helps to make the cocktails the main subject matter.

Proposal for product shot

am representing "Hot Wheels". I am focusing on the motorbike collection. The motorbike was produces by "Hot wheels" so I would like to promote this company further on.
The product is a motorbike toy from the "Hot Wheelsbrand which was produced in 2005. It is out of production and mostly out of stockhence why would like to sell it as part of motorcycle  collection
My target audience would be any bike, "Hot Wheelscollectors etc. People who have an interest in vechiclesSome parts of the motorbike are delicate and can easily be broken so I would be aiming for
audience no younger than 8yrs old.
would expect this item to be advertised on websites online such as "ebayor "Amazon" and in magazins that would  specialise in motorbikes collections or "Hot Wheels"
will be using artificial lighting for this product to have more control over the lighted
areas and where I would like the reflection to focus on. I might experiment and add light reflection from mirrors or fire. I will also try out to use natural light to see which makes the product appear the best.
For this product shot I will use the motorbike model that I have and might
add some
bits like rocks, water, fire to create a more natural scene set up to shoot in.
